we reached the end – they gave us medals and beer.
did this bike ride yesterday and while i was sitting in the beer garden at the end someone told me i could ride from sf to la in june – in 7 days. The thought of traveling that far sans car is the same concept of driving across the country in a car, conceptually. Which was really good for me this past summer.

the row of porta-potties had a stream of xmas lights laid over it for natural bathroom light and nice people were giving out single serve free coffee. what a beautiful piercing voice to here in the morning.
dolls [that] remove worries
ive had trouble dolls in their cylindrical marker painted box since i was a kid. im not sure that i ever cared to use them, i just liked them cause they were the tiniest handmade thing i knew of that were so widespread. took this picture of my current set last night.
